Travel: New Mexico

At the end of this summer my main squeeze and I made our first trip down to New Mexico. I LOVED it. We only went for the weekend but I’m dying to get back there for a longer stay. We stopped in Taos and Santa Fe. Taos was my favorite. But, shhhh, don’t tell anyone. I want it to stay just like it was when I left it. I had to share some photos though. So lovely.

Spent a little time at La Posada - highly recommend it

The way the light falls on objects, especially stucco, in NM is really dreamy. I 100% understood Georgia O’Keeffe’s migration to this land during her career. We got to go to her museum. It was pretty awesome.

Meanwhile…back in Taos.

We found a couple of gems in Taos Plaza. This is one.

Still dreaming of heading back to this market.
